Presentation:
A. A 75” flat panel display will be mounted to the wall at the front of the room.
B. The built-in speakers on the video collaboration kit will provide audio playback.
C. Two fliptop table pockets will each provide an HDMI cable and adapters for common laptop connections.
D. A wireless presentation receiver behind the display will support both laptops and mobile devices.
Conferencing:
E. A video collaboration kit will be mounted above the display.
F. The system will be controlled by a 10” touchscreen controller on the table with a long enough cable to reach several nearby seats.
G. The built-in camera on the video collaboration kit will automatically adjust to show the person speaking.
H. Two microphones on the table and speakers in the video collaboration kit will provide audio for video and phone calls.
I. A 7” touchpanel with multicolor LED surround will be mounted outside the door to the room. The touchpanel will display room schedule and availability and allow walk-up reservations.
