Presentation:
A. A 55” flat panel display will be mounted to the furniture at the front of the room.
B. The built-in speakers on the video collaboration kit will provide audio playback.
C. A fliptop table pocket will provide an HDMI cable and adapters for common laptop connections.
D. A wireless presentation receiver behind the display will support both laptops and mobile devices.
Conferencing:
E. A video collaboration kit will be mounted above the display.
F. The system will be controlled by a 10” touchscreen controller on the table with a long enough cable to reach several nearby seats.
G. The built-in camera on the video collaboration kit will automatically adjust to show the person speaking.
H. The built-in microphones and speakers in the video collaboration kit will provide audio for video and phone calls.
I. A 7” touchpanel with multicolor LED surround will be mounted outside the door to the room. The touchpanel will display room schedule and availability and allow walk-up reservations.
